Asian Pacific Environmental Network (APEN) is prioritizing work to survey and understand the job opportunities and worker protections available to entry-level Asian American workers in the Bay Area. Students researched a mass array of land zoning laws, property permits, and employment data to compile a map of Richmond areas that are experiencing meaningful growth. They also conducted research on the current working and health conditions of the residents by writing and conducting a survey, which they presented to local residents.
